I'm Joe Han, founder and lead practitioner of Peak Praxis. My background spans organizational leadership, team and relationship systems coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and outdoor leadership.
Across those settings, the throughline is the same: creating grounded spaces where people can show up honestly, stay with what is difficult, and work through what matters together.
My work is informed by systems thinking, organizational behavior, experiential learning, and years of leading people in both professional and outdoor environments.
