For teams ready for a deeper reset, Peak Praxis can design custom leadership retreats in distinctive outdoor settings. These experiences combine coaching, reflection, facilitated team work, and guided time in nature to create space for conversations and learning that are harder to access in the normal rhythm of work.
Depending on the engagement, Peak Praxis can design experiences ranging from regional overnight retreats to multi-day leadership work in places such as Channel Islands, Yosemite, or the Grand Canyon, supported by qualified guiding partners, permits, and appropriate safety systems.
